Herb Lemon Salt Substitute For Vegetables Recipe

  1. In a small bowl, blend together the lemon peel and juice, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, thyme, savory and pepper.
  2. Let sit for 30 min to blend and soften the herbs.
  3. Put vegetables into the pan with the herb blend and toss over medium-low heat for about 2 min.
  4. Serve immediately.
