Stuffed Green Peppers

  1. Preheat oven to 375u0b0.
  2. In large skillet, brown ground turkey or beef.
  3. In large saucepan, bring to boil water to cook peppers for 5 minutes (peppers have had the tops cut off, chop up tops to add to the cooked meat, without stems).
  4. Remove peppers from water, drain and salt insides.
  5. Add to browned meat the tomatoes, onion, chopped pepper tops, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
  6. Cook until onion and etc. are soft.
  7. Add 1/8 pound Velveeta cheese (sliced up) to meat mixture and Minute rice.
  8. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Fill the peppers to top and use remaining Velveeta to top the filled peppers.
