Tuna-mayo Soy Sauce Cabbage and Spinach

  1. Boil the water in a pot, and add salt.
  2. Wash the spinach well and put into the pot from the roots.
  3. Blanch for about a minute.
  4. Then soak in cold water, and squeeze out the water, then cut to 5 cm lengths.
  5. Slice the cabbage thinly, sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
  6. Leave for about 10 minutes.
  7. Wash and drain in a sieve and lightly squeeze out the water from the cabbage.
  8. Combine the spinach and cabbage into a bowl with tuna.
  9. Mix together with the ingredients.
  10. Serve on a dish, season with black pepper if you like.
