Tuna-mayo Soy Sauce Cabbage and Spinach
- 2 slice Cabbage
- 1/4 Spinach
- 1 can Canned tuna (lightly drain the liquid)
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- Boil the water in a pot, and add salt.
- Wash the spinach well and put into the pot from the roots.
- Blanch for about a minute.
- Then soak in cold water, and squeeze out the water, then cut to 5 cm lengths.
- Slice the cabbage thinly, sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
- Leave for about 10 minutes.
- Wash and drain in a sieve and lightly squeeze out the water from the cabbage.
- Combine the spinach and cabbage into a bowl with tuna.
- Mix together with the ingredients.
- Serve on a dish, season with black pepper if you like.
