Apple-Honey BBQ Pork Mini Sandwiches
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Hickory Smoke Barbecue Sauce
- 3 Tbsp. apple juice
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 1 pork butt (9 lb.)
- 2 Tbsp. barbecue rub seasoning
- 60 mini sandwich buns, split
- Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; reserve 3/4 cup sauce.
- Place meat, fat-side up, in roasting pan.
- Rub with barbecue rub seasoning; brush with reserved sauce.
- Bake 7 hours or until done (145 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
- Cool slightly.
- Remove meat from pan; shred with 2 forks.
- Return meat to pan; toss to evenly coat with sauce.
