Apple-Honey BBQ Pork Mini Sandwiches

  1. Heat oven to 300 degrees F.
  2. Mix first 4 ingredients until blended; reserve 3/4 cup sauce.
  3. Place meat, fat-side up, in roasting pan.
  4. Rub with barbecue rub seasoning; brush with reserved sauce.
  5. Bake 7 hours or until done (145 degrees F), brushing occasionally with remaining sauce.
  6. Cool slightly.
  7. Remove meat from pan; shred with 2 forks.
  8. Return meat to pan; toss to evenly coat with sauce.
