Beef Roulades

  1. Cut steak into four serving pieces.
  2. Place bacon slice on each piece of meat.
  3. Mix celery, onion and green pepper.
  4. Place about 1/2 cup mixture on each piece of meat.
  5. Roll up meat.
  6. Secure ends with wooden picks.
  7. Wipe beef rolls with paper towels.
  8. Place in Crock-Pot.
  9. Pour gravy evenly over steaks to thoroughly moisten.
  10. Cover Crock-Pot and cook on Low for 8 to 10 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours.
  11. Skim off fat before serving.
