Hummus & Feta Wrap, with Yogurt
- 1-1/3 cups ATHENOS MEDITERRANEAN SPREADS Hummus
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- 1/2 cup ATHENOS Crumbled Reduced Fat Feta Cheese
- 12 fresh chopped spinach leaves
- 4 tsp. chopped PLANTERS Walnuts
- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 24 oz. low-fat (1%) yogurt, favorite flavor
- 32 fl oz (4 cups) drinking water
- Spread 1/3 cup hummus over each tortilla; sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp.
- feta and arrange 3 spinach leaves on top.
- Roll and enjoy.
- Sprinkle 1 tsp.
- walnuts and 1/2 cup blueberries over 1 cup yogurt for each dessert serving.
- Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
