Hummus & Feta Wrap, with Yogurt

  1. Spread 1/3 cup hummus over each tortilla; sprinkle each with 2 Tbsp.
  2. feta and arrange 3 spinach leaves on top.
  3. Roll and enjoy.
  4. Sprinkle 1 tsp.
  5. walnuts and 1/2 cup blueberries over 1 cup yogurt for each dessert serving.
  6. Serve each person an 8 fl oz glass of water with the meal.
