Crunchy Coated Fish
- 1 pkt. SHAKE 'N BAKE Extra Crispy Seasoned Coating Mix
- 1/3 cup sesame seed
- 1 egg
- 1-1/2 lb. skinless halibut fillets (3/4 inch thick), cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 limes, cut into wedges Safeway 3 ct For $1.00 thru 02/09
- Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Combine coating mix and sesame seed in shallow dish.
- Beat egg in separate shallow dish.
- Dip fish in egg, then coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each piece.
- Place in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
- Discard any remaining egg or coating mixture.
- Bake 10 to 12 min.
- or until fish flakes easily with fork.
- Squeeze limes over fish.
