Zuccchini Bake

• 2 cups steamed cubed zucchini
• 1 large carrot, grated
• 12 cup sour cream
• 1 (12 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
• 1 (12 ounce) box seasoned stuffing mix
• 12 cup melted butter

1. 2 cups steamed until tender an drain
2. put in 2 quart bakeing dish
3. mix 1/2 cup melted butter with stuffing mix
4. mix carrots cream of chicken soup an sour cream
5. mix everything except 2/3 cups of stuffing mix
6. scoup in bakeing dish an cover with remaing stuffing mix.
7. bake at 350 for half hour.
