Mini Waffle-Sausage Stratas
- 2 oz. (1/4 of 8-oz. pkg.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese
- 3/4 cup milk
- 4 eggs
- 6-1/2 oz. (1/2 of 13-oz. pkg.) OSCAR MAYER Selects Uncured Smoked Turkey Sausage
- 6 frozen mini waffles, each cut into 4 pieces
- 12 CRACKER BARREL Cracker Cuts Vermont Sharp-White Cheddar Cheese
- Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Microwave cream cheese in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 15 to 20 sec.
- or until softened; whisk until creamy.
- Gradually stir in milk, then eggs.
- Cut sausage lengthwise into quarters, then crosswise into thin slices.
- Place 1 waffle piece in each of 12 muffin pan cups sprayed with cooking spray; cover with sausage, cheddar and remaining waffles.
- Top with egg mixture, adding about 2 Tbsp.
- to each filled cup.
- Let stand 5 min.

- Bake 18 min.
