Grilled Fruited Pork Chops

  1. Drain peaches, reserving juice.
  2. Halve peaches lengthwise.
  3. In saucepan, combine cornstarch, ginger and nutmeg; blend in reserved peach juice.
  4. Cook on medium-high heat until thickened.
  5. Stir in remaining ingredients and remove from heat.
  6. Brush chops with glaze.
  7. Broil 3-4 inches from heat (or grill) about 10 minutes, turning and brushing other side with sauce once.
  8. Stir peaches into remaining sauce and heat.
  9. Serve with chops.
