Oven Baked Kale Crisps
- 4 stalks Kale
- 1 Tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 pinch Salt
- Wash kale.
- Strip leaves from stalk.
- Place torn leaves in a salad spinner and make sure they are fully dry.
- Take a big metal baking sheet and place leaves on it.
- Be careful not to overlap them.
- Pour some olive oil on top of kale.
- Toss leaves with your hands to coat in oilthey shouldnt be drenched in oil, ojustly coated.
- Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 130 degrees C (265 degrees F) for 20 minutes.
