Montezuma

• 600 ml milk
• 1 tablespoon sugar
• 90 g bittersweet chocolate
• 18 teaspoon cinnamon
• 18 teaspoon allspice
• 5 tablespoons rum
• 80 ml brandy or 80 ml calvados
• 12 lemon, zest of
• crushed ice

1. In a saucepan, gently heat milk, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and allspice.
2. Stir constantly until the ingredients have blended.
3. Remove from stove and let cool.
4. Pour the milk mixture into a cockail mixer, add the remaining ingredients and shake, shake, shake!
5. Pour into four glasses, serve cold.
