Chicken Spaghetti Sauce Recipe
- 1 stick butter
- 1 minced garlic pod
- 1 minced onion
- 2 #3 cans tomatoes
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 sm. can sliced mushrooms
- 1 sm. can English peas, liquid removed
- 1 pound grated Old English cheese
- 1 stewed & boned chicken
- 1 pkg. thin spaghetti
- Cook, skin and bone chicken.
- Heat butter and brown garlic and onion.
- Add in minced tomatoes with juice and simmer 10 min.
- Add in cheese and stir till melted.
- Add in soup, mushrooms, peas and chicken.
- Stir and heat till well blended.
- Serve over spaghetti.
- Hint: Let sauce set 1 hour on hot to blend.
- Serve with garlic toast.
