Liver Deluxe Recipe
- 1 pound liver, sliced thin
- 2 c. brown gravy
- Sprinkle of parsley
- Salt & pepper to suit taste
- 1 lg. onion, sliced thin
- 8 pcs bacon, fried crisp
- 1/2 c. flour
- 2 tbsp. butter
- Heat butter in skillet and saute/fry onion.
- Dredge slices of liver in flour and brown both sides.
- Pour gravy on liver and season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
- Simmer for 2 min and arrange on a serving platter.
- Place bacon on top of liver.
- Serves 4.
