Liver Deluxe Recipe

  1. Heat butter in skillet and saute/fry onion.
  2. Dredge slices of liver in flour and brown both sides.
  3. Pour gravy on liver and season with parsley, salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Simmer for 2 min and arrange on a serving platter.
  5. Place bacon on top of liver.
  6. Serves 4.
