Tuna, Egg and Tofu Bowl in 5 Minutes

  1. Heat a skillet and add the lightly drained tuna and tofu.
  2. Saute while crumbling the tofu.
  3. Add the seasonings and beaten egg and cook until the egg is half way done.
  4. Turn off the heat and cook it through in residual heat.
  5. Serve it on a bowl of rice and it is done!
