Tuna, Egg and Tofu Bowl in 5 Minutes
- 1 can Canned tuna (light)
- 1/2 block Tofu
- 1 Egg
- 1 bowl worth Cooked rice
- 1 tsp Dashi stock granules
- 1 tsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Soy sauce
- Heat a skillet and add the lightly drained tuna and tofu.
- Saute while crumbling the tofu.
- Add the seasonings and beaten egg and cook until the egg is half way done.
- Turn off the heat and cook it through in residual heat.
- Serve it on a bowl of rice and it is done!
