Vegan Chocolate Mousse

  1. Melt chocolate in top of double boiler.
  2. Blend remaining ingredients until smooth.
  3. Test for sweetness, add more rice syrup if necessary.
  4. Put in individual dishes and chill in fridge for 2 or more hours.
