Pink Elephant Dessert Recipe

• 1 pound Oreo cookies
• 1 stick butter
• 1/2 gal. pink peppermint ice cream (or possibly other flavor)
• 5 frzn Butterfingers

1. Crush cookies and Butterfingers.
2. Pour melted butter over this mix.
3. Put half of the mix in the bottom of 9"x13" pan to create a crust.
4. Spread ice cream over this.
5. You may want to use a mixer to soften the ice cream so it will spread easily.
6. Press remaining crumbs on top.
7. Freeze.
