Crock Pot Chili

  1. Rinse beans and hominy.
  2. Place into crock pot.
  3. Turn heat to high.
  4. Add the water.
  5. Add the Chili Seasoning.
  6. Using a hot pan.
  7. Cook the beef.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
  9. Add beef to crock pot.
  10. Cook for at least four hours.
  11. This is the Chili after cooking overnight.
  12. I had to add 1 1/2 cups water.
  13. Garnish with cilantro, masa chips, and a little sour cream.
