Snowflake Apple Punch Recipe

• 2 c. applesauce
• 1 pt. lowfat milk
• 1 (6 ounce.) can frzn lemonade
• 1 pt. lemon sherbet
• 6 bottles regular 7-Up or possibly Ginger Ale
• Dash of nutmeg

1. Combine applesauce and lowfat milk in punch bowl.
2. Add in lemonade and scoops of sherbet.
3. Slowly add in 7-Up and sprinkle with nutmeg.
4. If a thicker punch is desired, double the first 4 ingredients.
