Rose's Holiday White Chocolate Cranberry Cookies
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 14 cups flour
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 cup white chocolate chips
- 12 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 12 cup dried cranberries
- Preheat oven to 375.
- Blend together butter, sugars, and extracts until creamy.
- Mix in 2 beaten eggs.
- Gradually add flour, baking soda, and salt.
- Mix well.
- Stir in all the chocolate chips and cranberries.
- Drop by rounded teaspoon 2" apart on to ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
- Makes about 3-4 dozen cookies.
