Frozen peanut butter pie - Reduced Fat

  1. Combine milk and sugar in a saucepan over medium-low heat
  2. Cook 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves, stirring constantly; transfer mixture to a a bowl
  3. Add peanut butter and vanilla stirring with a whisk until combined
  4. Cover and chill 30 minutes
  5. Place cream cheese in a large bowl, and beat with a mixer at medium speed until light and fluffy
  6. Add milk mixture, beating on low speed until combined
  7. Fold in whipped topping; pour mixture into pie crust
  8. Sprinkle with peanuts and chocolate chips/shaved chocolate
  9. Freeze 8 hours or overnight until hard
  10. Transfer pie to refrigerator 30 minutes-2 hours before slicing
