Wicked Games
- 1 1/4 ounces pear brandy
- 3/4 ounce mezcal
- 3/4 ounce fresh lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce chilled unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce Ginger Syrup
- Ice cubes, plus crushed ice for serving
- 1 thin slice of fresh ginger and 2 pineapple leaves (optional), for garnish
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the brandy, mezcal, lemon juice, pineapple juice and Ginger Syrup.
- Fill the shaker with ice cubes and shake well.
- Strain the drink into a chilled crushed-ice-filled collins glass and garnish with the ginger slice and pineapple leaves.
