Easy Mushroom Crescent Snacks Recipe
- 3 c. (12 ounce.) finely minced fresh mushroom or possibly 8 ounce. can liquid removed & minced
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt or possibly pwdr
- 2 tbsp. finely minced onion or possibly 1/2 teaspoon instant chopped onion
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounce. can Pillsbury refrigerator quick crescent dinner rolls
- 3 ounce. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
- Oven 350 degrees.
- Brown mushrooms in butter.
- Stir in salt, onion, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
- Cook till liquid evaporates.
- Separate crescent dough into 2 rectangles.
- Place in ungreased 13 x 9 inch pan.
- Press over bottom and 1/4 inch up sides to create crust.
- Spread cream cheese over dough.
- Top with mushroom mix and then Parmesan cheese.
- Bake 20-25 min till golden.
- Cold 5 min.
- Cut into desired shapes.
