Chart House Amaretto Sour

• 1 12 ounces Amaretto
• 1 egg white
• 4 teaspoons confectioners' sugar
• 4 ounces prepared sweet-and-sour mix
• crushed ice

1. Combine all ingredients in blender
2. and blend until frothy.
3. Serve.
4. over rocks if desired.
