Pizza Pinwheels
- 1 whole Sheet Ready Rolled Flaky Pastry
- 4 Tablespoons Tomato Paste
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Oregan
- 1/2 pounds, 78 ounces, weight Mozzarella Cheese
- Roll out the pastry and cover it completely with a layer of tomato paste, salt, oregano and finally a layer of shredded mozzarella.
- Wrap the stuffed pastry then cut off slices 1cm thick and lay them on a baking pan.
- Bake for about 5 minutes at 200 degrees C (about 390 degrees F).
