Peach Butter from the Crock Pot

• 6 cups unsweetened peaches
• 3 cups white sugar
• 1 12 cups apricot nectar
• 2 tablespoons orange juice or 2 tablespoons lemon juice
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

1. Put peaches through food processor.
2. Mix all ingredients together well and put in crock pot.
3. Bring to a good boil and then you can put the crock pot on low to keep it boiling.
4. Cook for 4 hours.
