Crunchy Blueberry Almond Granola
- 1 cup Oats
- 3 Tablespoons Ground Oats
- 13 cups Almonds, Chopped
- 1 Tablespoon Maple Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla
- 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
- 2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cups Dried Blueberries
- Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
- Toss oats and almonds together in a bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over dry ingredients.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes.
- Remove from oven, stir everything and pop back in oven for 3-4 minutes, watching carefully to avoid browning.
- Remove from oven and let cool.
- Break into chunks and enjoy!
