Janet's Teriyaki Sauce or Marinade
- 1 cup soy sauce
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 12 cup pineapple juice (or one small can that comes in a six pack)
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 lemon, juice of
- Bring all ingredients to a boil then cool.
- As a marinade, the longer the meat is marinaded, the tastier!
- Refrigerate if not going to be used immediately.
- I have used this recipe without boiling, as well, and it works great!
