Pork Chop Bake Recipe

• 6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
• 4 med. potatoes, thinly sliced
• 1 c. sliced mushrooms, liquid removed
• 1 c. water, warm
• 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix

1. Brown chops, drain.
2. In buttered 2 qt oblong baking dish, arrange potatoes, mushrooms and chops.
3. In a bowl combine water, onion soup mix; pour over meat.
4. Cover with foil and bake 1 1/4 hrs or possibly till potatoes are tender at 350 degrees.
