Radish and Avocado Wraps
- 1 Ripe Avocado Peeled And Core Removed
- 1 Tablespoon Fresh Lemon Juice
- Pinch Of Salt And Pepper
- 2 whole 8" Flour Tortillas (or Preferred Wraps)
- 1/2 cups Thinly Sliced Radishes
- In a small bowl combine avocado, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Stir until combined and leaving chunks of avocado in the mixture.
- Spread half the mixture onto a flour tortilla.
- Add 1/4 cup of sliced radishes and wrap tortilla.
- Slice in half and serve on a bed of greens.
