Radish and Avocado Wraps

  1. In a small bowl combine avocado, lemon juice and a pinch of salt and pepper.
  2. Stir until combined and leaving chunks of avocado in the mixture.
  3. Spread half the mixture onto a flour tortilla.
  4. Add 1/4 cup of sliced radishes and wrap tortilla.
  5. Slice in half and serve on a bed of greens.
