Ceilidh Cheese Pie
- 34 lb colby-monterey jack cheese, shredded
- 14 lb bacon
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 (9 inch) pie crusts
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Cook bacon till crisp, drain.
- Crumble bacon and place in crust.
- Mix cheese and flour.
- Top bacon with cheese.
- Beat eggs with milk and horseradish.
- Pour eggs over cheese.
- Bake 45 minutes.
