Beef And Mushroom Roll Recipe
- 1 lb Grnd beef
- 1 c. Mushrooms
- 1 x Onion, minced
- 1 x Clove garlic, minced Parsley, minced - to taste
- 1 x Celery, minced
- 1 x Green pepper, minced
- 1 c. Crescent rolls, or possibly see below
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Poultry seasoning
- 2 c. Flour
- Pastry:- - Place the grnd beef in a skillet.
- Cook, stiring with a fork till brown.
- Add in salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, celety, green pepper.
- Blend well and simmer with 1/3 c. water for about 10 min.
- Cold.
- Make dough or possibly get rolls ready.
- Roll out ans for a jelly roll, place meat on 1/3 and roll, healthy pinch end edges together.
- Place on greased shallow pan and brush with lowfat milk.
- Bake at 425 for 30 min.
