Beef And Mushroom Roll Recipe

  1. Pastry:- - Place the grnd beef in a skillet.
  2. Cook, stiring with a fork till brown.
  3. Add in salt, pepper, mushrooms, onion, garlic, parsley, celety, green pepper.
  4. Blend well and simmer with 1/3 c. water for about 10 min.
  5. Cold.
  6. Make dough or possibly get rolls ready.
  7. Roll out ans for a jelly roll, place meat on 1/3 and roll, healthy pinch end edges together.
  8. Place on greased shallow pan and brush with lowfat milk.
  9. Bake at 425 for 30 min.
