Three Way Cheese Ball Recipe
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tbsp. lowfat milk
- 2 tbsp. grated onion
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1/4 c. snipped parsley
- 2 tbsp. minced pecans
- 2 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Let cream cheese and Cheddar cheese stand at room temperature till softened.
- In mixer bowl combine cheeses, onion, lowfat milk and Worcestershire; beat with electric mixer till fluffy.
- Divide mix into thirds, about 1 c. each.
- To one portion beat in blue cheese; to a second portion stir in the garlic pwdr.
- Shape each portion into a ball; refrigerate30 min till slightly hard.
- Roll the blue cheese ball in snipped parsley.
- Roll the garlic cheese ball in the minced pecans.
- Roll the plain cheese ball in black pepper.
- Refrigerateat least 1 hour more till cheese balls are hard.
- Serve with crisp crackers.
- Makes 3 cheese balls.
