Slow-Cooker BBQ Pork Ribs
- 1- 1/2 Tablespoon Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoons Pepper
- 2 pounds Pork Ribs
- 1 cup Barbecue Sauce
- Vegetable Oil Spray

- Stir the smoked paprika, brown sugar, salt and pepper together in a bowl.
- Rub over both sides of the ribs.
- 2.
- Place the ribs in your slow cooker, with the meaty part up against the walls of the pot.
- Pour the barbecue sauce over the ribs, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours.
- 3.
- Set a wire cooling rack sprayed with vegetable oil on a foil-lined baking sheet.
- Carefully remove the ribs (theyre super tender!)
- and place on the sheet.

- Skim the fat from the sauce and pour the remaining sauce into a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil and allow the liquid to reduce by 1/3, about 15 minutes.
- 5.
- Preheat the broiler.
- Spoon the reduced sauce over the bone side of the ribs and broil for 2 minutes.
- Flip and spoon the remaining sauce over the meaty side and broil for another 2-3 minutes.
