Barbecued Rainbow Trout Recipe

• 1 x (4 lb.) rainbow trout
• 1 med Onion
• 2 x Tomatoes
• 1 tsp Lemon juice Salt and pepper, to taste

1. Fill cavity of fish with minced onion and tomatoes.
2. Sprinkle lemon juice over fish, along with salt and pepper.
3. Wrap fish in foil.
4. Barbecue fish approximately 10 min on each side....
