Diane Allen's Sausage Supper Recipe
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 can niblets corn
- 1 can condensed tomato soup
- 1 lg. purple onion
- 1 can sliced potatoes or possibly 2 lg. potatoes, sliced and par boiled
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Roll sausage into 25 balls, then brown.
- Place balls into casserole dish.
- Layer onions on top of sausage.
- Season to taste.
- Empty can of corn on top of onions; spread proportionately.
- Place potatoes in next layer.
- Season to taste.
- Cover with contents of can of soup.
- Bake 1 hour.
- Serve 4 to 6.
- Serve with salad and biscuits.
