Mai Tai

• 1 lime
• 12 ounce Curacao
• 14 ounce sugar
• 14 ounce orgeat syrup (almond syrup)
• 1 ounce light rum
• 1 ounce dark rum
• lime peel
• pineapple chunk
• maraschino cherry

1. Squeeze the lime over ice.
2. Add other ingredients, and decorate with the fruit.
