Slow Cooker Beef Stew

  1. Mix beef with seasoned salt, pepper and coat with flour and set aside.
  2. Place potatoes in the slow cooker and pour butter and garlic in and mix up well salt and pepper and add the next 5 ingredients plus beef into slow cooker and mix up.
  3. Pour in red wine if using , water with seasoning on top then pour the other cup over and cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
  4. Serve with buttered cornbread :-)
