Creamy Poblano Macaroni & Chicken

• 1 pkg. (7-1/4 oz.) KRAFT Macaroni & Cheese Dinner
• 1/2 cup (1/2 of 10-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Original Cooking Creme
• 1/2 cup chicken broth
• 2 poblano chiles, roasted, peeled, seeded and deveined
• 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
• 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

1. Cook Macaroni as directed on package.
2. Meanwhile, blend cooking creme, broth and poblanos in blender until smooth; pour into saucepan.
3. Cook on medium-low heat 5 min.
4. or until heated through, stirring frequently.
5. Drain macaroni; use to prepare Dinner as directed on package.
6. Place in serving dish; top with chicken, poblano sauce and cilantro.
