Crispy Milk Cookies Low Calorie Version

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180C.
  3. Roll the dough out to a thickness of 2 mm and cut out the cookies.
  4. Line them up on a baking tray.
  5. (If the dough is too soft to cut, put it in the freezer for 5 minutes.)
  6. Bake at 180C for 20 minutes to finish.
  7. Bake until the cookies have lost their moisture for a crispy finish!
