Halibut Lobster Roll with Green Goddess Slaw

  1. In a large bowl, combine halibut, mayonnaise, tarragon, and Dijon.
  2. Toss to coat fish.
  3. Fold in celery, scallions, pimento, and hot sauce.
  4. Season, to taste, with salt and black pepper.
  5. Serve on buns with lettuce.
