Fruit and Rice Stuffing
- 5 cups cooked white rice
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 12 cup butter, softened
- 12 cup dried apricot, diced
- 12 cup dried prune, diced
- 12 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 12 teaspoon salt
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Stuff into poultry and cook as directed, or pack into buttered 8 cup baking dish and bake at 350F 30-40 min until hot and top is browned.
