Anise Beef Kebabs Recipe

  1. Soak the skewers in water for 15 min.
  2. Meanwhile, combine the oil, anise seeds, salt, pepper and crushed red pepper in a bowl.
  3. Add in the meat and toss to coat; let stand for 10 min.
  4. Thread meat onto the skewers.
  5. Place skewers on grill over medium heat and cook for 8 to 10 min for medium-rare, turning occasionally.
