Black Forest Smoothie
- 3 cups cherry cider
- 2 tablespoons chocolate protein powder
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup kale or 1 cup spinach or 1 cup other leafy greens
- 1 apples or 1 kiwi or 1 pear
- Add all to your blender and blend until smooth.
- Taste, and adjust the balance of cherry and chocolate to taste.
- Bananas and dates are great sweeteners if needed.
