Pomegranate Molasses Butter

  1. Whip the butter until smooth in an electric mixer.
  2. Add in the pomegranate molasses and orange zest and beat until smooth.
  3. Transfer to a ramekin.
  4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 1 week.
  5. Serve on pancakes, muffins, biscuits or scones.
