Strawberry-Orange Pretzel Dessert

  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine pretzel crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and margarine; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Bake 10 min.
  4. Cool.
  5. Beat Neufchatel, remaining sugar and milk in medium bowl until blended.
  6. Gently stir in COOL WHIP; spread over crust.
  7. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  8. Add boiling water to gelatin mix in large bowl; stir 2 min.
  9. until completely dissolved.
  10. Stir in cold water.
  11. Refrigerate 45 to 55 min.
  12. or until thickened.
  13. Stir in oranges; spoon over Neufchatel layer.
  14. Refrigerate 3 hours or until firm.
