Spareribs with Sauerkraut

  1. Season ribs with salt and pepper.
  2. Combine sauerkraut with remaining ingredients.
  3. Place ribs on top of kraut in flat baking pan.
  4. Bake, covered, at 400 to 450F (230C).
  5. 2 1/2 to 2 1/2 hours.
