Hummus Southern Style

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  2. Serve with your choice of sliced tomatoes, cucumbers, celery, raw sliced squash or zucchini, Greek olives and warm pita bread, or your favorite warm tortillas.
  3. I made these variations for a local art walk using local produce and got rave reviews!
