Taco-Seasoned Chicken Nuggets

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Spray baking sheet with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine crushed corn flakes and taco seasoning in resealable plastic food bag.
  4. Seal tightly; shake bag until well mixed.
  5. Place melted butter into bowl.
  6. Dip 1/4 chicken into melted butter.
  7. Place into corn flake mixture; shake bag to coat chicken.
  8. Place chicken onto prepared baking sheet.
  9. Repeat with remaining chicken.
  10. Bake 8-10 minutes or until golden brown and chicken is no longer pink inside.
  11. Combine sour cream and salsa in bowl.
  12. Serve hot chicken with dip.
