Bean Sprouts with Sesame and Vinegar Dressing - A Summer Macrobiotic Dish
- 120 grams Bean sprouts
- 1 tbsp Ground sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Vinegar
- 1 tsp Maple syrup
- 1 dash Salt
- Stir-fry the bean sprouts for about 5 minutes.
- Transfer into a sieve, and let them cool at room temperature.
- Mix the ground sesame seeds, soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, and salt in a bowl.
- Place the bean sprouts in a separate bowl, and pour in the Step 3 dressing, then mix well.
